Hardayal Viklang Sewa Kendra today is run by a trust which includes the members of the Agarwal family who settled in Agra in mid 20th Century. The trust consist of three generations of the family that continue to strive towards acheiveing the goals set by our late founder Shri O.P. Agarwal. Roles within the trust range from logistics and admin to fund raising and PR.
The Parent trust Hardayal Foundation Trust is registered under the Trust Act and all donations are subjected to 80G exemption under the Income Tax act.

He is the managing trustee who oversees to day to day running of HVK . An integral member of the organization who constantly looks to give back to society.
She is the wife of late Shri O.P Agarwal has been working with Sunil to implement her late husband’s vision. Her inputs and advice play a crucial role in the execution of each camp.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He currently serves the board as a trustee and is the Chief Fundraising Officer.
He is based out of Delhi and helps the organization with PR and fundraising.
He holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Oxford and advises the organization on investment and fundraising opportunities.
She is a trustee and has been actively involved with the Hardayal Viklang Kendra to improve its operations. She brings invaluable social sector experience having worked in India, Ghana and various other countries in Africa. She is currently pursuing an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
